I am a driven, innovative Transformation Specialist whose biggest passion is Motivating and Engaging People and Organisations! I am a Motivational Speaker and an Accredited Emotional Intelligence coach. I run my own Talks company and I also contract with a Consulting company aligned to my mission where I am proud to be their Director of Emotional Excellence. Massive supporter of #WomenInBusiness and extremely proud to be a CoFounder and a leader for #Lean-In Ireland. Woman of The Year, WIF Winner 2021! 🏆 Love Public Speaking, Key Notes / Panel Discussions. At home on a stage. Been in a Rock Band that practices philanthropy and love to express myself trhough music. 🎹🎸 Spent 20 in the Reserve Defence Forces in Ireland; know my way around a shooting range. Was Lieutenant McCague for most of my military career where my love of leadership and EI was born. 👩‍🎤 I am fairly addicted to the subject of human behaviour, understand narcissism (only too well unfortunately), conditioning and motivators in people. Now teaching everyone else how to understand not only themselves and become their own best version but also how to understand others. Did a Ted x in June 2022 that got promoted to a TED.com talk 🎉🥰 ‘How to hack your decisions using PERSPECTIVE SWAPS’ I have had great success delivering motivational career coaching to women and men with an appetite for success. I also have a huge interest in the power of Social Media, regularly sharing the hard earned lessons I have been immersed in during my life so far. I have been in Transformation and Change in the Finance Industry for the last two decades. Been working hybrids since I needed to in 2009. Worked with global teams in IT and learned to communicate better as we only had phone lines back then! I enjoy mentoring and coaching teams and injecting energy and enthusiasm into the work environment. Yes, work can have some fun in it too! Here to change lives.
