Brendan Eger is the Director of Business Information Systems at Partners In Health (PIH) where he helps stakeholders improve processes and decision making by adopting technical solutions and conducting data analysis through PIH's application suite and data warehouse. When first starting at PIH in 2014, Brendan developed budgets and financial reports as a member of the Finance team before then shifting to a more centralized systems and data role, supporting Finance, Supply Chain, HR, Development, and Marketing & Communications. He led the adoption of Power BI for financial reporting and implementation of Vena for budgeting, while also assisting various teams across PIH to adopt Microsoft Power Platform tools to meet their needs. Brendan believes that leveraging technical solutions and democratizing access to data can help PIH's staff work more efficiently and make more informed decisions, ultimately leading to better care for patients. When not at work, Brendan enjoys playing board games and soccer, and is more than willing to convince you to move to New Orleans (or at least recommend where to get a good bite to eat or a drink when you visit).
