As Vice President, Sound Technology R&D, Brett Crockett leads the groups responsible for innovation and research and development of breakthrough and next-generation audio and surround sound technologies for which Dolby is widely recognized. He leads Dolby’s San Francisco, Sydney, Beijing, Barcelona, and Stockholm R&D groups, and coordinates activities between sound technology business development and sales and marketing groups to keep technology research and development focused on the end user. In addition, Brett actively participates in formulating corporate business, technology, and standards strategies.
