I have been working .NET since 2005 working in the multiple industries including marketing, energy, insurance, and property management. I specialize in cloud technologies specifically in Microsoft Azure. In addition, I have vast experience using web development technologies with a focus in Mobile App Development and CMS. In my free time, I like to work on presentations that I can give to local and regional technology conferences such as Stir Trek, CodeMash, DogFoodCon, Code PaLOUsa. My primary responsibility is to deliver technical guidance and leadership on the teams I support while delivering high quality solutions to my clients and customers. I ensure that my teams deliver projects that meet deliverables on time and within budget while maintaining the overall business goals and objectives of the solution. In addition, I can often be found working on project deliverables by creating system designs, architecture diagrams, and by implementing the overall structure of the application. While managing all of the above responsibilities, I am also responsible for the hiring, reviews, growth, and mentorship of over 70 individuals that work in his practice Application Development practice. On top of my day to day duties, I also support business development by providing technical sales support, building value-based estimations of potential work, and generating proposals to present to clients. I have also worked on many Request for Proposals for many State and Commercial project ranging from $100,000 to $2 million dollars. I has also been instrumental in developing Go-To-Market strategies that I am responsible for distributing to business development, account management, client service management, and project teams working day to day at client sites. I have also led several initiatives to provide growth opportunities to his employees. I have led public speaking trainings through various avenues, marketing content teams, solution architect trainings, and other business development activities.
