I’m a proven leader in the clean energy space with over 15 years of experience ranging from nuclear power to hybridized renewable-plus-energy storage projects in both the United States and European markets. I was an early pioneer in the energy storage industry while working at Stem Inc. when supporting the landmark distributed energy storage contracts with the California electric utilities. During my time at Cypress Creek Renewables, I led a team that developed, financed and built some of the first grid-scale solar-plus-storage projects in the US. Later in my time at Cypress Creek Renewables my team secured a landmark contract with Nevada Energy for a 100MW co-located solar-plus-storage project which would later enable Nevada Energy to support their 24/7 clean energy contracts with Google. Currently I am helping to revolutionize the way renewable energy from wind and solar are paired with energy storage in the Europe by developing innovative contract structures and power hedges in wholesale markets.
