I'm a business technology leader with a winning track record delivering strategy, transformation and innovation. With eight years in c-level executive roles (as CIO then CDO), I am adept at building high-performing teams, developing and executing on strategy, roadmaps and budgets, effectively communicating with a broad range of stakeholders, and managing risks, issues and vendors. I have a comprehensive understanding of insurance operations, business processes and related KPIs across both personal and commercial lines. My technical background includes business and enterprise architecture, and solution design and delivery across application development, integration and automation, data/analytics, digital and cybersecurity. Managing my own company for eight years was an invaluable experience, providing a deeper understanding of operations and financials, while giving me a stronger sense of urgency. A key strength of mine is the ability to translate complex topics into simple yet compelling communications that energize and align audiences, and accelerate execution.
