I'm the President, COO & Co-Founder of findCRA, a groundbreaking website and resources that works with banks and nonprofits throughout the nation to educate, equip, and empower them for success under the federal Community Reinvestment Act. I bring twenty years of experience in regional banking compliance to my role as Co-Founder and President of findCRA, where I focus on the day-to-day details of operations and sales as well as driving processes and marketing outreach. During my fifteen years in the banking industry, I oversaw regulatory requirements in the areas of fair lending, HMDA, CRA, lending, deposit and BSA/AML for a multi-billion dollar regional bank with retail operations in six states and third party operations in all fifty states. I worked in a variety of compliance roles, with the majority of my tenure served as the Vice President, Compliance & BSA Officer. In 2013, I participated in Focus Louisville and was honored as “40 Under 40” in 2012 by Business First. I have served as a Board Member for the U of L Friends of the School of Music and was honored as Coordinator of the Year in 2012 by Louisville’s Fund for the Arts campaign. I currently serve on the Advisory Board of LHOME, an emerging CDFI in Louisville. I am a Certified Regulatory Compliance Manager (CRCM), certified Anti-Money Laundering Professional (AMLP) and Certified Controls Specialist (CCS). I am a graduate of the ABA’s National Compliance School and holds Bachelors of Arts degrees in Business Administration and English from Bellarmine University.
