We help clients synchronize strategy and talent to drive superior performance. We work with organisations to design their structures, roles, and responsibilities. We help them hire the right people to bring their strategy to life. And we advise them on how to reward, develop, and motivate their people. Previously as Managing Director of Harvey Nash for the Asia Pacific region, I led three major service lines including offshore technical development out of a hub in Vietnam, Executive Search/Board Services and technical/digital talent acquisition. I have the privilege of sitting on the advisory board of Which-50, Judge of the IDG CIO Top 50 Australia and CIO Top 50 ASEAN Awards, CRN Awards, the Management Committee for FitT (Females in Information Technology and Telecommunications) and am a regular commentator on emerging technology themes including platform economics, executing digital strategy and building engaged communities.
