An accomplished and dynamic leader in the field of web3. The founder of The Bigger Pie, an organization that supports exceptional women in fintech and web3, and co-founder of The 200Bn Club, which aims to combat the lack of funding for female and underrepresented founders. I approach my work with a data-driven and holistic approach, which has been instrumental in the success of my endeavours. Under my leadership, The Bigger Pie has grown to support a network of over 10,000 women globally and has fostered multiple other women-focused communities. In 2022, along with Dr. Amber Ghaddar we successfully launched The 200Bn Club, which saw the graduation of 8 startups, 75% with term sheets, and an average raise of $1.7 million. The program now boasts over 200 VC partners and have kicked off a new Web 3 cohort this year. I'm also a driving force behind the Diversity, Equity, Inclusion & Belonging playbook for Web 3, an actionable resource and tool that highlights a path forward for Web 3 that centres equity and inclusion. The Bigger Pie and Berkeley Haas EGAL, supported by Ripple, are joining forces to create DEIB tools for organisations and leaders in Web 3. For my contributions to the industry, I have received numerous awards and accolades, including the Ethical Finance Awards Winner, Crypto Currency Diversity & Inclusion Organisation of the Year 2022, European Women in Finance 2022, and Top 100 Women of the Future and most recently Women In FinTech Powerlist and part of the Standout45. Bridget's dedication to mentoring and coaching is evident in her personal impact on hundreds of women, helping them to successfully transition into, navigate, and excel in their Web 3 journeys and careers. Her impact has also inspired hundreds more, along with a global community of women who take her lead. Bridget is a visionary leader who is making a significant impact in the field of fintech and web3. Her approach to her work, leadership style, and dedication to mentoring and coaching make her a valuable asset to any organization or community. She is a true asset to the industry, and it would be an honor to award her for her contributions.
