I started my journey with City Furniture as a sales associate in 2015. I joined the IT department during the digital transformation journey in 2016, partnering with Apple and IBM. During this transformation we successfully launched Mobile Apps on iPads for every sales associate throughout 30 retail showrooms across Florida. The Mobile Apps accelerated the sales’ associates performance and delivered world class customer experience. As part of our continuous transformation, I am responsible for the business requirements, subject matter expertise, and drive all the new features and enhancements.
