Bronwen Gregg, one of CDC Gaming Report's 2023 ''10 Women Rising in Gaming'', leads the Gaming & Casinos portfolio for Insight Global, a $4B company and one of North America's largest Talent Solutions firms. Bronwen's team helps companies throughout the United States, Canada, and the United Kingdom attract, develop, and retain talent by providing contract, contract to hire and permanent talent solutions scaling from a one-off need to a project team delivery. With offerings that extend far beyond that of a typical staffing firm, her team also provides executive and retained search, managed services, recruitment process outsourcing, training and upskilling, culture transformation and leadership development, as well as diversity, equity and inclusion consulting. During this unique time when the foundation of North America's iGaming & Sports Betting industry is being laid in tandem with everchanging economic rollercoasters and the impacts of COVID having transformed workforce trends, Bronwen and her team have been an invaluable resource consulting clients on creative sourcing strategies that are realistic in today’s enigmatic market. She currently serves as President of WISE (Women in Sports & Events) Las Vegas as well as Membership Co-Chair and Lean In Moderator of GGW (Global Gaming Women). WISE and GGW are both non-profits dedicated to empowering the development and connection of women in their respective industries.
