Bio

Bruce brings almost 30 years of experience in the technology sector to his executive leadership roles. He is a collaborative, people-first leader with proven results in delivering shareholder value, driving growth, executing complex strategic transactions, and leading his organizations with a clear focus on growth and development. He most recently served as Chief Financial Officer at Kiavi (formerly LendingHome), a company building unique technology to transform the lending process for real estate investors. Bruce helped guide the company through a period of rapid and profitable growth, seeing it become one of the nation’s largest lenders. He led all aspects of the company’s finances, with a specific focus on IPO readiness. Bruce has also served on the Cirrus Secure board of directors since August, 2021 and the Urban Light board of directors since July, 2017. Prior to Kiavi, Bruce spent 27 years in various finance leadership roles at Intel and most recently served as Vice President and CFO of Intel Capital. During his tenure, he led some of Intel’s largest functions and business groups at the CFO level including the Data Center Enterprise business, Global Supply Chain, IT, and Business Development/M&A. Outside of work, he loves to travel with his wife and four young children. He received his BBA in Finance from New Mexico State University.
