I’m Cade Lever and I’ve been in the technical communications business since the age of 18. I have a lifetime’s worth of experience in the management and implementation of fiber design, data centers, telecommunications networks and brand-building strategies. My role as Codecom’s CEO is to grow Codecom into a global brand, developing and engineering new solutions, supply chains and customer relationships. It is my role to lead the Codecom push to challenge the fibre market with the best products and services. I am focused on structured cabling product design and are creating new strategies, products and roadmaps to enable the best designs and products to be developed. I’ve helped establish Codecom as the leading supplier of fibre optical solutions within the Data centre and telecommunications markets and continuously work to strengthen Codecom’s brand recognition and market share through partnerships with brand-aligned companies. My approach is honest and transparent; I want to understand your business and the outcomes you need. Only then will I develop solutions that are tailored to suit your business and work on delivering optimal results to drive success. I am committed to championing Codecom as a leader and change-agent in the telecommunications industry, investing time and resources in new product development. It is my job to keep Codecom at the forefront of the industry so it continues to be the first at introducing new products to the market.
