I've spent the last 10 years of my career in Talent Acquisition and I am passionate about building teams of exceptional people. The last 4 years I have been at Lever, a B2B SaaS solution for Recruiting Teams. I currently lead the TA function to support headcount growth across all business functions. I have also taken a broader role within our HR organization. I have spearheaded various culture initiatives including leading our Employee Resource Group and planning and executing our first ever fully remote, two-day company off-site resulting with over 175 attendees. As the Leader of Lever's TA function, I have overseen an average of 30% YoY headcount growth, led the headcount planning process as part of strategic planning, led successful Executive Searches, and built an incredibly strong employer brand.
