Bio

I'm a software engineer that enjoys tinkering with new technologies and I'm well known for championing processes and improvements. What I hear most often is that I'm very principled and stick to what I know that works, however, I like to think that I have strong opinions loosely held. In my spare time, I maintain a blog (https://blog.thesoftwarementor.com), co-organize content for the Knoxville Functional Programming Group (https://meetup.com/FunctionalKnox), organize Lambda Squared (https://lambda-squared.com) and volunteer with CodeStock (https://codestock.org).
