From a 1st class degree in English Language and Linguistics — where I studied the psychological and social impact of language — to shaping the ContentOps for the world’s biggest building society and dating app, it’s fair to say I’m pretty content-obsessed. Research. Readability. Strategy. Craft. I love the art and science of content, and how it can solve real people and business problems. Over the years, I’ve loved leading and growing content teams, crafting and tweaking insight-led content, and shaping and rolling out all aspects of content strategy. Whether it’s an unwieldy website, a brand new product or a conversational design problem, great content can solve it — and I love making that happen. Oh and I write the odd book on the side.
