Bio

I am an associate in Baker McKenzie's London IP and Technology team. My practice encompasses commercial, technology and intellectual property law, with a particular focus advising on product counsel, regulatory and consumer law issues. I regularly act for clients in the new media sector, including platforms, on a range of intermediary liability, compliance and regulatory issues, and have experience engaging with UK and EU regulators, particularly on consumer protection compliance and investigations. I also have a breadth of experience managing complex multi-jurisdictional projects and drafting and negotiating a range of commercial agreements for clients in the technology and consumer goods sector. I have in-house experience, having been seconded to both a commercial team and regulatory advisory team of a leading international internet services and online advertising company.
