Carina is an experienced healthcare technology executive that helps companies realize their next stages of growth, both as an operator and an independent board member. Her operating experience spans public companies, venture backed start-ups, and high growth private equity. She has achieved significant enterprise value expansion and has been recognized with numerous awards, including Becker’s Healthcare Female Health IT Leaders to Know and a Gold Stevie Business Award for Healthcare CEO Innovator of the year. As an experienced leader, Carina is an active independent board member of investor-backed companies. She currently sits on the boards of BeyondTrust and Kofax. Outside of work Carina enjoys skiing, golfing, live music and film festivals. You can find her and her husband in Park City, UT enjoying the outdoors and the great food scene around town with family and friends.
