I am AI/ML/Data Science champion and visionary leader who deliver solutions that reimagine business value, create intelligent customer solutions, and drive product innovation. With 11 years of experience in the data science space, I lead, manage, and implement strategic initiatives using these AI/ML technologies and solutions. Also, I develop data science cultural competency and talent via educational conferences, community of practices, and technical training programs. Designing and delivering AI/ML solutions is a passion and part of my DNA. Some of my projects in manufacturing include defining AI organizational strategy, implementing AutoML orchestration technologies, and leading the digitalization of production processes via IIoT, digital twins, and ML. For the healthcare industry, I led and delivered major AI/ML solutions that automated medical record reviews using NLP and assess members health risks using data-driven, stack models stratification. I am committed to a lifestyle of continuous improvement with a growth mindset and believe in “failing fast and adapting quickly”. I am PMP and earned many certifications or digital badges in data engineering and AutoML from RapidMiner, Google Cloud Platform (GCP) ML, and Microsoft ML Studio. As a leader and practitioner, I actively promote AI/ML adoption via consulting engagements, professional forums, meet ups, and virtual conferences.
