Dedicated the first 10 years of my career to launch new international businesses at Google+Waze+Motorola, across Silicon Valley, Europe and Latin America. In 2017 I left Waze to start 7r with my good friend and lifetime partner Angel Gutierrez Borjabad. 7r is a Venture Builder and since 2017 we launched 5 startups (3 in Real Estate), sold 3 companies, and created jobs for +75 professionals, making 7r the #1 reference in Corporate Venture Building in Spain. In 2022 we launch VIVLA as the 1st independent startup of 7r, and I've taken the challenge to join as full-time co-founder & CEO, along with two rockstar entrepreneurs and an amazing group of international investors. VIVLA is a fractional ownership startup that facilitates the purchasing of second homes in a fractional way, meaning buyers can own and enjoy the home without having to fully purchase it. VIVLA will lead this category in Europe, to help thousands of people rethink how to invest in real estate, buy second homes and enjoy your holiday time.
