Experienced exec with a successful career in the energy industry. Skilled in strategic planning, sales and marketing, finance, operations, innovation, market analysis, investor relations, mergers & acquisitions, change management, board relations, corporate communication, governance, government and community affairs and directing our financial goals, objectives and budgets (P&L). Prior to assuming his current position, Mr. Femmer served as VP, COO and President of John Chance Land Surveys, Inc. (Fugro) where he oversaw various aspects of development, innovation, operations and strategic endeavors across the company's land survey and airborne divisions. Carlos has over 15 years of experience managing teams that performed surveys for tens of thousands of miles of transmission lines, pipelines and railways. Carlos is on the Board of Directors with the Louisiana Oil and Gas Association (LOGA), is a board members with Interstate Natural Gas Association of America (INGAA) and is also on the Deans Advisory Council at Louisiana State University (LSU). Carlos is also a strong supporter of St Jude and works with the Louisiana campaign each year.
