Since 2019, Caroline Bianco co-leads Atelier LUMA, the applied design research laboratory of LUMA Arles. Her professional practice revolves around the research methods and creative processes of design to connect different fields of expertise and formulate entrepreneurial, innovative and international development strategies. By bringing design ''where it is not expected'', she supports companies and institutions in a change of perspective oriented towards virtuous models and measurable results. She thrives on managing and supporting the growth of a team and a network of collaborators. Knowledge sharing, team culture and the development of sustainable processes are thus at the heart of her approach.
