Bio

Guide, Consultant, and Mentor for Leaders, Founders and Business Owners. I help my clients to communicate who they are and why they matter so they can position their voice in the market. My WHY is to guide them to own their story so they can lead and sell better. MY STORY: I have a Ph.D. in legal history and law theory. Being part of the cohort of German Supreme Cort judge Professor Susanne Baer in the early 90es who introduced the feminist legal theory to us, I started dreaming about making an impact in the world. The concept of ownership has always been the favourite technical part of my law education. Being a minimalist, I never cared a lot about the ownership of things. I cared about the ownership of non-fungible things, like ideas and narratives. Working in a progressive UK law firm, I became passionate about the concepts of corporate social responsibility and diversity. The concept of gender diversity and inclusion seemed the perfect way to live my values and foster gender equality in the workplace. I took a brave step, made a career change into becoming an entrepreneur, and founded my consultations company, Harthcommunications. For the last 20 years, I have been passionate about how to make an impact on people's lives by working with them on finding the red thread and communicating clearly who they are and why they matter to the world. And most importantly, I help them to find their authentic narratives to take ownership of their story. I might be best known for introducing a unique internal communications manifesto that helps my clients declutter their narratives and own their stories. Last but not least, I am also a self-made video producer. I worked with companies, organizations, and individuals, telling their stories about digital innovation, digital education, and leading with purpose. Learn more at carolineharth.com
