I am a Partner at McKinsey & Company based in Sweden. I lead McKinsey's Nordic People and Organization Performance practice, focusing on a range of topics from leadership and talent development, diversity & inclusion, effective operating models and large scale change programs across industries. My main industry expertise is healthcare, where I work with providers, payors and government agencies. I have global experience serving clients in many regions, especially in Europe and Africa.
