I'm Carolyn, a Personal Growth Consultant who helps women across the world achieve their personal and professional goals. I focus on helping women craft and implement their own powerful personal brand that is authentic and confident to enable them to successfully show up, step up, be seen, tell their story and be heard in all situations I believe that we all have what it takes to be confident, bold and great leader to achieve success. It just takes the motivation, rights tools and courage to tap into, and consistently use our super powers combined with the right mindset to ask for what we need and deserve. I know how hard it can be when you're one of very few, or even the only woman in the room! It can be both overwhelming and challenging, you feel like you're on an island and the only one who feels under valued and unheard. We tend to hold back, not taking the lead and showing up to show our true potential. However time and time again it has been proven that having women in all levels up to and especially in leadersship positions of influence serves not only as role model, but also critical to the career advancement of other women, but in addition improves the culture, the attraction and retention of highly skilled individuals. That's why I have created an unique coaching program that helps women grow their inner and outer confidence.
