Casper is the founder of ''really Casper.'' an innovation, business scaling and leadership training consultancy as well as the Executive Vice President, Global & Strategy for Thai Startup association. He has over 10 years of experience building, running and managing companies across the world, including San Francisco, USA; London, UK; Jakarta, Indonesia; Bangkok, Thailand; and Singapore. He has previously worked at Amazon, Sony Pictures, Deloitte & Belkin. He graduated from the University of Southern California's Marshall School of Business. He was selected as Blackbox Google Scholar, Alibaba & UN e-Founder Fellow and Prestige Indonesia 40 Under 40. He currently sits on the board of Bangkok Metropolitan Administration's Digital Technology Policy as well as Suan Sunandha Rajabhat University's Faculty of Fine Arts. ------------------------------------------- At SEA Bridge: Helping founders and leaders by bringing Southeast Asia together, and bridging the world to SEA and scaling their positive impacts regionally. At Kulina, we help achieve the dream of providing millions of Indonesians access to affordable and quality food by eliminating all inefficiencies in the supply chain to innovate in food creation. Previously, I helped lead the product and marketing teams at Product Madness in building a great product and unforgettable user experience. Some of the projects are leading the partnership with brands like Amazing Race and Walking Dead, launching Player's World loyalty program, and building internal marketing automation tools. The result? The company broke the record of bringing in $200M a year with record-breaking revenue every single month while I was in charge. Others I've helped include Amazon, Sony Pictures, Belkin & Deloitte in various roles. One of my proudest accomplishments in college is organizing a trip to visit Mr. Warren Buffett in Omaha. It took years of persistence and patience in putting my university and organization on the list, and meticulous planning to make sure that the program ran smoothly. The event helped others realize that impossible dreams could be achieved if we dream big and make it happen! I was also recognized as Google Scholar at Blackbox Connect in San Francisco, and Alibaba & UNCTAD eFounders Fellow in Hangzhou, China, and a rare few foreigners on the Prestige 40 Under 40 Indonesia list for these ''helping'' work I've done in the past.
