Cat Coquillette is the founder of CatCoq, an illustration and design brand formerly based out of Kansas City, USA. She now travels the world as a location-independent artist, currently residing in Chiang Mai, Thailand. Cat's artwork is most known for its bright pops of color, vibrant typography, and a blend of hand-painted brushwork and clean vector illustrations. She illustrates in a variety of mediums, including digital, watercolor, ink and gouache. Her design work has been recognized by Communication Arts, The Dieline, PRINT Magazine, and Design Milk. As an experienced brand designer, Cat also specializes in creating custom brand identities. She has also worked with a wide range of wonderful clients, ranging from beauty, fashion, retail, consumer packaging and restaurants. Cat is happiest when she's creating on the move. Her ''office'' changes daily, although it's usually involves a latte in a coffee shop somewhere on the globe.
