Bio

As part of PA Consulting's Digital Trust and Cyber Security Leadership Team, I lead our Cyber Transformation and Government Cyber Sector. I have worked extensively at senior levels in the government and private sectors advising on policy, strategy and delivery for large programmes and change initiatives. Recently this has included the hot topics of security and cyber, and encompassed coaching and ‘critical friend’ advice to senior corporate and department leaders. Prior to joining PA Consulting in 2019, I led the Government Cyber and Security business for Ernst and Young in the UK, provided advice to various organisations in the security sector and enjoyed a first career in the Ministry of Defence and Cabinet Office leading on international policy and overseas relationships. I am a Chartered Engineer and Fellow of the Institution of Mechanical Engineers and an Associate Member of the Association of Project Management. With a Masters Degree in Engineering, I have spoken and published widely on the challenges the government and cyber sectors face.
