Bio

Catherine is a former McKinsey management consultant, with a further nine years healthcare experience, having undertaken operational, national policy director and Board level roles in the NHS. She led NHSI’s work on reforming the internal market and integrated care; as well as being Director of Strategy at UCLH. She is currently in a Board level System strategy and transformation role, leading a team of 30 to develop and deliver a wide ranging programme of System work, keeping a diverse of set stakeholders together along the way. The programme includes provider digitisation, radical redesign of care pathways, financial recovery and capability building. She’s inspired by new technologies that promote independence and person centred care, and/or address the multifaceted workforce challenges the sectors face.
