Turning sustainability into profitable business, making people and planet issues business opportunities. Business development, strategy, innovation, and implementation have been the focus of all my work, spanning from concept development and circular economy to strategic sustainability development and implementation within companies such as IKEA, Nordic Choice Hotels and HÅG and with suppliers, business partners and NGOs (i.e. EAT, WWF, UNICEF). Sustainability is our largest, yet less used drive for innovation and business opportunities.With sustainability as the lense, problems and restrictions are turned to possibilities and new solutions. This has been the core in my way of working with sustainability and has given me a wide experience in all aspects of sustainability paired with business operations from ideas to results, involving 1000s of co-workers on the way.
