I'm the Chief People Officer at Telenor Nordics. Telenor is one of the world’s major mobile operators. We keep our 170 million customers connected in 8 markets across the Nordics and South East Asia. 16.000 employees are committed to responsible business conduct and being our customers’ favourite partner in digital life. My areas of responsibility include people strategy, rewards, HRIT systems, diversity and inclusion, learning & development, organisational development. Over the last years I've also been involved in creating a climate strategy and cross functional climate agenda for the company. Pushing the digitalization agenda within HR and creating better digital employee experiences to support and mirror what business does towards its customers is another focus area. Previously I've been the Chief HR Officer at DNV for 11 years. I have had several roles within Market Analysis in Hydro Aluminium and within Strategy and Business Development in the fertilizer industry in Yara.
