Celeste has co-led Coutts, the 330-year-old Private Bank, through the B Corp Certification process, and because of this pioneering work, she was able to support over 60 clients and 10 suppliers create and implement their own frameworks and Sustainable strategies. She now work on Coutts’ Responsible Investing team as a manager and leads the strategic relationship with BlackRock (making up c. 50% AuM) from a Responsible Investing perspective and oversees the delivery of the ‘Coutts ESG Insights funds’– including the achievement of the ESG-related targets.

Celeste was also 1 of 6 external applicants globally accepted onto The Body Shop’s Junior Board, Youth Collective. Throughout her tenure, the Board works closely with the CEO and Executive Leadership Team to answer key business challenges and drive positive change throughout the business. Celeste also won ‘Rising Star’ at the National Sustainability Awards (2022). Additionally, she’s sitting a part-time Master’s in ‘Sustainability Leadership’ at the University of Cambridge.
