I enjoy working with start-ups and assisting large organisations to innovate. My expertise spans ROVR VR treadmills for real presence virtual reality experiences to 100kW+ axial flux electric machines, manufacture of ITO sputtering targets, MRI superconducting magnet manufacture, semiconductor oxide gas sensors and cold plasma coating technologies. Getting the best out of teams to make great businesses against challenging odds is my kind of fun.
