My passion is in creating and developing world-class accounting processes to expand the impact of the department beyond a record-keeping function to become an informational edge. In my current role, I am 100% focused on doing just that with Alto - A rideshare company that is redefining what modern rideshare looks like. WHAT HAVE I ACHIEVED? ➡️Built advanced forecast models using driver-based forecasting ➡️Managed monthly accounting cycles from mom-and-pop businesses all the way to high-growth startups with over a million a month in expenses including managing the accounting through audits ➡️Ran cash management/analytical models to help companies climb out of a place of financial distress to a healthy spot ➡️Developed KPI-based dashboards to drive weekly decision making ➡️Created Power Bi dashboards, including in a waste management company, that illuminated the operations ➡️Designed customized financial reporting packages used to efficiently analyze the monthly reporting WHO HAVE I WORKED WITH? I have worked with small companies all the way through high-growth startups in industries including, but not limited to: Waste Management, Creative Media, Wholesaling, Retail, Customer Services, Rideshare, Recruiting, Insurance Agencies, Battery Sales, Private Investigative Services, Professional Services, and Manufacturing. The key to working with multiple industries is the ability to understand the business model and implement the proper accounting and analytics around that framework.
