I help organisations in the transport sector improve business performance through the adoption of new technologies, business processes, structures and better use of information. In doing this I am able to bring over 20 years experience of working in the transport sector in some of the most complex and challenging areas. The work that I have done has been critically acclaimed – I led an assignment that won the Management Consultancy Association award for best operational performance project in the public sector and was the lead consultant for the assignment that won the best public sector project. Most importantly my clients recognise the value of the work that I deliver for them.
