A 20+years multi-national leader, Charlotte Tsou has held several leadership positions in the U.S., Asia, and Latin America. In her current role as Head of Marketing Analytics & Insights, Charlotte oversees both Marketing, Brand, Consumer Research & Advanced Analytics teams across the US business units at Prudential Financial.
Charlotte is a high-energy leader with a great desire to make an impact; she is a multilingual executive with experience in Innovation & Advanced Analytics, Strategic Planning, Digital & CRM Transformation, and Business Development. Before joining Prudential, Charlotte worked at HSBC, Citi Bank, and a venture capital firm in the U.S.
Charlotte is a champion of diversity; she mentors top-performing individuals both internally and in the external communities. Charlotte earned a B.A (Hons). in Media Communication from NYU & Shin Hsin University and an M.A. in Integrated Marketing Communication (Specialized in Digital & Database Marketing) from Northwestern University. She lives in Chicago with her husband and two young daughters. She enjoys opera, hosting house music parties, and being a part-time Doctoral student and community yoga teacher.
