Head of Innovation with demonstrated experience in the investment management industry as well as other financial services verticals. As the first Head of Innovation at Schroders, I have been instrumental in developing the strategic approach to innovation and setting the agenda for fintech collaborations, including the launch of Schroders’ Cobalt programme to improve partnerships with early-stage companies. I have also led investments into fintech companies, including due diligence, and run successful internal innovation programmes such as global hackathons. My previous consultancy roles have additionally given me a strong background in digital strategy, business transformation, business model and operating model design. During this time I worked in multiple countries including the US, India and South Africa. I hold a first class degree from the University of Cambridge, specialising in Neuroscience followed by a year of Management Studies.
