Bio

Digital consultant specialising in conversational AI, drawing on human-centred design practices including user testing and research. With a particular love for all things IoT, I design solutions that lessen our dependency on screens while connecting us with our environments and each other in meaningful ways. A previous key role in several successful IoT launches inspired me to get more hands-on in shaping future experiences. To that end, I wrote my dissertation on designing for Voice Assistants and achieved an M.Sc. in Human-Computer Interaction Design at City University of London. I carry with me years of customer-facing communication and strategy experience from consulting, including proven results internationally working with corporate communications and marketing, public relations, advertising copywriting and journalism. With dual Swedish and American citizenship, I am easily able to work anywhere within the European Union or spend time in part at a U.S. office. I have pre-settled status in the UK and currently work in London.
