SUPPLY CHAIN TRANSFORMATION EXECUTIVE: I have spent over 20 years doing Business Consulting and Supply Chain Transformation work. I lead the integration of cross-functional groups to design and implement SOLUTIONS within a Supply Chain ECOSYSTEM. Cross functional team include C Suite, Brand and Channel Heads, Merchandising & Inventory Planning, Finance, HR, IT/Systems, Real Estate, Warehousing and Transportation. I also get invited to sit on the industry expert panel, conference speaking engagements and media articles (e.g. Wall Street Journal and others) on various Supply Chain Transformation and Location Footprint Strategy related topics. My work INTEGRATES both PHYSICAL INFRASTRUCTURE (inventory, transportation network, warehouse real estate, material handling systems, operations, human capital, etc.) and DIGITAL INFRASTRUCTURE (order management, demand and inventory planning, WMS, TMS, etc.). Enterprise Supply Chain Transformation projects could cost >$500M in capital spend enabling billions in top line revenue. My role is to be a trusted advisor to the C-Suite and Board of Directors to implement “Executable Business Case” and plan for “Change Management”.
