Chris LeWand is a Sr Managing Director in FTI’s Corporate Finance Segment, Global Power, Renewables & Energy Transition (PRET) Leader and a member of FTI Capital Advisors. Mr. LeWand is an expert providing strategic and financial planning, M&A advisory, interim management (CEO/CRO/CFO), dispute advisory, business valuation, turnaround and restructuring, and business transformation planning and execution services. Mr. LeWand has led many cases for utilities, conventional and renewable power companies as well as addressing enabling technologies such as electricity storage and clean mobility.
