I am a results-driven solutions architect and tech writer with proven experience building networks, working with customers and documenting Internet, open source, cloud native, Kubernetes networking, SDN, and API solutions using ''docs-as-code'' tools and methodologies. My hands-on technical experience taught me the importance of thorough documentation, and I bring a 360-degree view of target consumer, content and insights to all writing projects. My background as a solution architect and published author allows me to embed with engineering, development and product teams to produce high-quality documentation for internal and external audiences. This unique hybrid tech writer / architect / engineer role has been vital to the success of the Ligato open source project, and other projects exploring emerging V2X, cloud, big data and blockchain applications. I firmly believe the tech writer skillset, integrated with engineering, development and marketing, expands customer reach and accelerates product delivery timelines.
