LinkedIn nonsense: An influential leader that seeks to address root causes while focusing on strategic vision and the needs of the business to enable development of effective plans and operations that deliver organisational goals while empowering and motivating teams to achieve their full potential. The truth: I cut my teeth in start-ups so have an entrepreneurial approach, with experience from e-commerce, gambling and gaming to CMSes, news and video. I started designing, then programming front and back. Web servers led to AWS. A genuine care for product and SEO rounds me off. Forged before Google/Stack/Quora turned up, I developed organic insights and methods to effectively manage engineering (which includes QA), ops and product - both offshore and on - naturally growing/coaching along the way.
