Passionate about using data and evidence to make change, particularly on climate. Currently at energy & climate think-tank Ember, providing analysis on the electricity system to accelerate the transition from coal to clean. Civil Servant for 3 years prior to that, providing evidence to support policy and operational decisions, with a particular focus on improving data handling and visualisation. PhD in Astrophysics from the University of Sheffield.
