My career has provided me with more than 15 years of experience being advisor, coach and sparring partner to Top Leadership Teams in multinational companies as Danfoss & Arla as well as several years in the public sector. My mantra is; “you (only) get what you measure” and I am a strong believer in self-leadership. You cannot lead others, if you do not know how to lead yourself. As the new trend is to make organisations more “Human” (Inclusive), I truly believe we need to empower leaders to lead from their heart and be their true authentic self.
