Christine Fritz is Co-Portfolio Manager for PGIM Real Estate's core pan-European strategy, valued at EUR 1.8 Bn GAV as of 30 September 2022, where she holds primary responsibility for Transactions and Client Relations. PGIM's core pan-European strategy focusses on diversified income and long-term value growth across all asset classes. Previously, Christine worked at KGAL Investment Management as Portfolio Manager developing and managing core real estate strategies focussed on long-term trends in the real estate industry, including demographics, technology and ESG. Earlier in her career, Christine was active on the Transactions and Asset Management side across Europe, and headed up LaSalle's Portfolio Management function in Germany with responsibility for three closed-end funds with a total investment value of ca. EUR 1 Bn. She holds an MSc (Diplôme de Grande Ecole) and Master in International Management from HEC Paris and a BA from the University of Oxford.
