Started as head of Amesto Footprint in June. Our ambition is to develop an efficient digital solution for sustainability reporting and assosiated services. Former CEO at Regnskap Norge, industry organization for the accounting industry. Started my career as an advisor at PWC and then 14 years in various leader positions in Gjensidige Forsikring. Passionate about leadership, orgnisational development and innovation in established companies. In recent years, I have had a great commitment to the transformation into a sustainable business, from a economic and finance perpective. Established a circular accounting clustre in 2019 and I was the initiator of developing the Nordic standard for sustainability reporting 2020 - 2021. I believe we need to re-think economics; from a linear logic to a circular economic mindset. Good experience in leading major change processes and increased digitization. Customer orientation, sales and communication. Co-author of the textbook ''Innovation in practice'', and is working on a textbook on financial management in circular business models. Born in Oslo (1972), raised in Son, studied in Trondheim and is now back in Son with husband and our three children.
