We founded Sounding Board to solve the most challenging yet important part of my role as SVP of a fast-growing VC backed startup: Leadership Development. With companies moving towards continuous performance management, it seems obvious that we need to also continuously develop our teams to meet ever-changing environments. Sounding Board helps companies develop their next generation of leaders through scalable, personalized 1:1 leadership coaching. The other side of this is that today's workforce is increasingly overwhelmed and stressed with increasing responsibilities and an always-on culture. Giving your team a professionally trained support system that will turn their sights forward and towards action is where we see the most innovative and leading companies heading.
