More than twenty years experience in alternative delivery transaction support, capital structuring, public sector procurement, asset management, infrastructure development strategy, complex financial modeling, private investment and commercial negotiation. I have worked closely with public and private sector organizations in the development and investment in major infrastructure. Although I am focused on mobility and transportation, I have worked extensively in the social infra, energy, higher education sectors where I have supported clients right through the asset life cycle from project screening to financial close to long term asset management. I have been working with some of my clients for more than a decade which is testament to the value I place in building strong relationships through continuous focused service and delivery.
