Growth Hacker - Lawrence has been successfully growing & monetizing several online platforms to be industry leaders in his career and leading the digital transformation in these companies, including Midland (Real Estate), MoneyHero (Financial Products), jobsDB under SEEK (Job portal). Current Head of marketing communications in Midland (01200.HK), largest listed property agency in Hong Kong. Leading over 25 people on digital transformation, growth strategies, data analytics, partnership and marketing to grow the business. Also oversee the digital strategy of mReferral, subsidiary of Midland. Former Vice President and founding team member of MoneyHero.com.hk, the largest financial comparison site in Hong Kong and SE Asia. During my three years stay between 2014 to 2017, we turned the start-up to market leader and raised more than USD 115 million funding (Series A, B) from Goldman Sachs, Alibaba, IMF, etc. One of the largest Hong Kong start up raised highest amount of funding. I am also a part time lecturer, guest speaker on CFA classes, MBA classes in mainland China and Hong Kong. Also, I have been judge for several business case and stock competitions. I began my career path as a consultant and derivative trader in several MNCs after I graduated in HKUST with Quantitative Finance Degree. In my free time, I am a football enthusiast and working on several ventures to promote Hong Kong Football. Some other achievements: - Passed CFA three levels in 18 months, all in first attempt - Published three books about Hong Kong football in 2013, 14 and 19.
