An Occupational Psychologist, chartered with the BPS (CPsychol.), I have over 15 years' commercial experience within industry and consultancy, having held senior roles in leadership development, talent and strategic HR business partnering, primarily within financial services. With deep experience of complex, matrixed organisations, I have built strong stakeholder management and communication skills. I value using a data led approach to get to the core of the issue, and draw on the latest research to successfully drive a range of innovative leadership development solutions. I am passionate about cultivating potential in leaders, and supporting organisations in harnessing talent to achieve their ambitions.
